Julio Sanguily III, MD

Growing up in Florida, Dr. Julio Sanguily III calls Stuart his home, where he’s spent more than twenty-five years in practice. During that time, Dr. Sanguily has witnessed–and participated in the development of–a dramatic change in the technology and treatment of vascular disease. Standing as one of the physicians at the forefront of this change, he pioneers the use of innovative techniques and unmatched skill to treat critically ischemic legs.

Dr. Sanguily’s passion is to address the growing epidemic of peripheral arterial disease (PAD) and critical limb ischemia (CLI) in this country. With the approaches that he has cultivated over the years, he is able to employ highly effective therapy in a minimally invasive manner, using endovascular techniques to prevent limb loss in order to reduce the rate of amputations in the field of CLI. He has even extended this skillset to other physicians as an instructor, with vascular specialists from all over traveling to learn from him.
